CONCLUSION

A simulator for visualizing behavior of groups of spins for various MRI pulse sequences was developed.

BACKGROUND

Excellent MRI simulator for the RF pulse design or pulse sequence design were available either in Matlab codes or other programming languages.Visualization of spins in the play-out of pulse sequence is important for beginners in understanding theory and physics of MRI, but not the purpose of these software tools. Therefore, for educational purpose for those who are not familiar with programming, we aimed to develop a user-friendly simulator with GUI.
