CONTENT ORGANIZATION

1. Review appropriate uses of different modalities for the imaging evaluation of non-traumatic biliary emergencies. 2. Illustration of the manifestations of biliary emergencies, including stone disease, inflammatory and infections biliary pathologies, as well as complications of biliary emergencies. 3. Protocol considerations of emerging concepts in non-traumatic biliary emergencies including the use of MDCT technology in these diagnoses as well as the use of hepato-biliary MR contrast agents.
