1. Review the epidemiology and pathology of male breast cancer, which is rare and the more common benign diseases of the male breast.
2. Discuss the standard mammographic evaluation of the male breast.
3. Review the mammographic findings of benign and malignant male breast disease, histopathology, US, and MRI correlates.

3. Illustrative cases of common and uncommon presentations of benign and malignant male breast disease by mammography, US and MRI.
The major learning points of this exhibit are to: (i) learn about the epidemiology and pathology of benign and malignant male breast disease; (ii) recognize the common mammographic imaging findings of benign and malignant male breast disease; (iii) learn about their US and MR imaging findings; and, (iv) the central role that the radiologist plays in the diagnosis and management of male breast disease.
