1. The participant will be able to: describe why screening is useful. Describe what is a good screening test. Describe the indications for a screening test. Describe the alternatives for a screening test. Describe the controversies in screening. Identify costs, and reimbursements Identify the competing technologies and access the risk and accuracy 2. The participant will be able to: describe mammography screening, the risks and benefits. 3. The participant will be able to: describe chest screening for lung cancer, cardiovascular disease and calcium scoring. Discuss if chest screening reduces mortality, does more harm than good, and increase the medical costs incurred. 4. The participant will be able to: describe virtual colonoscopy, the accuracy, the risks and benefits describe the indications for virtual colonoscopy
