Small bowel tumors are uncommon lesions whose the incidence have increased, so its diagnostic imaging is of paramount importance to accelerate the therapeutic process.
The presence of a stenotic lesion in the duodenum or in the jejunum is highly suggestive of adenocarcinoma.
The presence of an intestinal mass associated with the affected loop aneurysmal dilation, suggest lymphoma or GIST. Lymphoma present an homogeneous low contrast enhancement, while the GIST is hypervascular with areas of necrosis.
