The purpose of this educational exhibit is to:
1. Review the clinical presentation of patients with intracranial hypotension, which is often confusing. Intracranial hypotension can masquerade as intracranial hypertension due to the presence of subdural hematomas, and this may have grave consequences since management is considerably different.
2. Review imaging findings of intracranial hypotension.
