1. Describe anatomy & procedure of penile color Doppler with emphasis on interpretation.
2. Discuss complication of Papaverine injection and management.
Penile erection is a complex phenomenon, which includes coordinated interaction of the nervous, arterial, venous and sinusoidal systems. A defect in any of these systems may result in erectile dysfunction. Penile color Doppler is used to determine the integrity of the vascular mechanism.
