Outline ; Nest generation PACS will have to meet various needs of many departments because there are many types of viewers in a hospital and they have the important role respectively and they have each storage for it. But it is not effient to save Images with diffferent methods simultaneously. So We think next generation PACS  should have a vender neutral archiving storage and a common platform which several viewers can work simultaneously. We have assessed some requirements of PACS on VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) environment, and we will show the points for it as belows ; 1. Network traffic volume at reading image 2.
