1-To review the differential diagnosis of echogenic breast lesions
2-To show that physical examination and mammogram may help to elucidate the benign nature of lesions, and hence decrease the number of unnecessary biopsies
3-To discuss the management of echogenic breast lesion based on imaging features

Benign lesions: hematoma, complex seroma, silicone granuloma,fat necrosis, lipoma, angiolipoma, sebaceous or epidermal inclusion cyst, abscess, pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia , galactocele or lactating adenoma,ductal ectasia,apocrine metaplasia,
Malignant lesions: invasive ductal carcinoma, Invasive lobular carcinoma, metastasis, lymphoma,angiosarcoma
4-Differentiation of malignant vs. benign echogenic lesion on ultrasound
5- Step-by-step to apply the BI-RADS classification
