To review the abnormal embryologic development of the genitourinary system, which can result in unilateral renal agenesis and anomalies affecting other mesonephric duct and mullerian duct derivatives. 2. To discuss multiple cases of associated genital anomalies that can occur with a congenital solitary kidney, presenting as a pelvic mass.
