-Actinomycosis in the context of an intrauterine device
-Emphysematous endometritis
-Septic pelvic thrombophlebitis
-Pyosalpinx
-Fournier gangrene
-Bartholinitis/Bartholin gland abscess
3. Cases of mimickers including but not limited to: appendicitis, diverticulitis, peritoneal inclusion cyst
4. Discussion on the clinical implications for management for each of these lesions
