-To Understand how the management of Diffuse Low Grade Gliomas (DLGG) has dramatically changed lattely due to the introduction of new surgical techniques, such as intraoperative electrophysiological monitoring, and new chemotherapy agents, and how imaging plays an increasing role in this new scenario. -To present imaging features of DLGG at advanced MRI, and to show the role of advanced MRI in differential diagnosis, grading, surgical planning and follow-up.
