The purpose of this exhibit is:
1. To review the anatomy on MR imaging of the infrapatellar fat pad of Hoffa, as well as the adjacent structures.
2. To provide a pictorial review of the intrinsic and extrinsic pathology of Hoffa’s fat pad.
