Head and neck aspergillosis occurs in both invasive and noninvasive forms, and the former is a major cause of morbidity and mortality in immunosuppressed patients. Diagnosis of aspergillosis is often complicated by the varied clinical presentation, however, the delay of prompt diagnosis can be life-threatening.
The purpose of this exhibit is; 1) to know the typical and atypical manifestations of aspergillosis on CT/MR imaging; 2) to recognize radiologic-pathologic correlation in aspergillosis.
By being familiar with this entity, the radiologist can contribute to early recognition that facilitates timely treatment of these potentially life-threatening disorders.

4) Granulomatous invasive aspergillosis
B. Temporal bone
