The purpose of this exhibit is to:
1. Review the pathophysiology and manifestations of perianal Crohn's disease.

3. Describe the importance of multi disciplinary management in perianal Crohn's disease, and the role of the radiologist .
4. Show multiple imaging examples of perianal Crohn's disease, including imaging before and after various medical and surgical interventions.
