The aim of this educational exhibit is: 1. To describe MR appearance of common soft tissue tumours and tumour-like lesions of the hand and wrist. 2. To identify features on MR imaging to help differentiate benign from malignant lesions. 3. To formulate differential diagnosis based on anatomical location and MR appearance.

Review of imaging findings - ganglion - epidermal cyst - giant cell tumor of the tendon sheath (GCTTS) - Fibromatosis - Dupuytren's contracture - lipoma - fibrolipomatous hamartoma - benign peripheral nerve sheath tumours (PNST) - haemangioma/vascular malformation - aneurysm - glomus tumour - desmoplastic fibroma - malignant masses (eg. bone metastasis, fibrosarcoma) - pseudomasses (synovial pathology eg. tenosynovitis) - soft tissue infections - traumatic (haematoma) - Accessory muscles 4.
