Purpose/aim:
• To provide guidelines with examples from a third generation dual source CT to obtain low dose CT examinations with sufficient image quality
• To learn how to optimize and utilize CT exams for pediatrics when scanning with a third generation dual source CT scanner
• To understand the ways to handle intravenous contrast material injection and timing in vascular CT imaging
• Demonstrate improved image quality in challenging clinical cases when using a state-of-the- art CT scanner
Anatomy, anomalies and congenital vascular disease
