TEACHING POINTS

To review the MRI findings of common and uncommon forms of adenomyosis. To highlight the unusual presentation of adenomyosis called cystic adenomyosis. To correlate the MRI characteristics of adenomyosis with histophatology features. To show the main differential diagnosis of adenomyosis at MRI. To discuss the utility of MRI in the diagnosis of adenomyosis.
