1) Identify methods to derive meaningful financial & clinical metrics & analytics demonstrating how Radiology contributes to the bottom line (tangible added value). 2) Developing departmental dashboards supporting HealthCare system balanced score cards etc. 3) Identify methods for improving imaging report turn around times to support initiatives to decrease hospital length of stays thus improving bottom line. (This course is part of the Leadership Track)
