PURPOSE/AIM

To illustrate techniques and troubleshooting tips for performing successful intranodal lymphangiography associated with thoracic duct embolization.  After reviewing the presentation, the reader should be able to do the following: List the common indications for lymphangiography and thoracic duct embolization. Describe the procedure for performing intranodal lymphangiography. Describe the procedure for thoracic duct embolization. List potential complications associated with intranodal lymphangiography and thoracic duct embolization.
