The purpose of this exhibit is:
1. Describe the various clinical and sonographic manifestations of inguinal lesions.
2. Evaluate the usefulness of the US.
3. Correlate with cross sectional imaging such as CT, MRI.
4. Discuss usefulness of Doppler US and US-guided biopsy.

The major teaching points of this exhibit are:
1. US is a useful for evaluation of inguinal lesions and technique for guidance of percutaneous needle biopsy or aspiration.
2. Familiarity with the clinical setting and imaging feature of inguinal lesions will facilitate prompt and accurate diagnosis and treatment.
