1) Present common lesions and variants in the head, neck and skull base that are commonly missed or misinterpreted using a case-based approach. 2) Emphasize imaging findings and provide imaging pearls to avoid these pitfalls and arrive at correct imaging interpretation. 3) Illustrate CT, MRI and PET/CT mimics-look-a-likes.
