LEARNING OBJECTIVES

1) To identify the basic applications of clinical decision support, structured reporting and emerging CT productivity enhancements, and know how to apply them in a high-volume emergency radiology practice. 2) To design electronic dashboards for quality initiatives in an emergency radiology practice, including programs for critical result communication, radiation dose monitoring, and report turnaround time. 3) Evaluate the options and infrastructure necessary to develop a collaborative network for sharing emergency radiology images across a geographic region.
