1) Understand anatomic considerations for resection of lung masses in the newborn as well as repair of diaphragmatic hernias. 2) Understand what information a pediatric surgeon may want from imaging of fetal lung masses. 3) Review current data on observation vs resection of prenatally identified fetal lung masses.
