Presented on November 27, 2011

Participants

Sanjay Padubidri Prabhu MBBS, Presenter: Nothing to Disclose
Ellen Grant MD, Presenter: Nothing to Disclose

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

1) Define the role of High-Resolution MR Imaging in detecting lesions in pediatric patients with epilepsy. 2) Understand the process of workup for patients with intractable epilepsy and choosing patients for surgical treatment. 3) The role of imaging techniques like diffusion tensor imaging, functional MR Imaging, magnetoencephalography (MEG), SPECT and PET in the presurgical evaluation of patients with epilepsy.
