PURPOSE/AIM

1. To highlight the importance of multi-institutional collaboration for the development of radiology resident educational material. 2. To unveil “RADSHARE”, an ongoing multi-institutional web-based collaborative endeavor to promote radiology resident education.

CONTENT ORGANIZATION

1. Brief overview of existing online learning resources for radiology education. 2. Review of existing and emerging challenges in radiology resident education. 3. Presentation of RADSHARE as a potential solution. a. Creation of lecture curriculum based on new training competencies through multi-institution collaboration. b. Use of interactive learning features that would promote collaborative learning.

SUMMARY

The major teaching points of this exhibit are as follows: 1. Multi-institutional collaboration is a viable means to meet the growing challenges in radiology resident education.
