1) The scope of fatty liver disease and its clinical importance. 2) Understand physics of MR Imaging methods for the detection of fat. 3) Be aware of the confounding factors that impact quantification of fat. 4) New methods for accurate quantification of fat with MR Imaging, including performance of these methods compared to MR spectroscopy.
