LEARNING OBJECTIVES

1) Discuss increasing prevalence of pseudoaneurysms (PsAn) and arteriovenous fistulas (AVF) in clinical practice related to arterial catheterization, surgical grafts and endostents, dialysis fistulas and blunt and penetrating trauma. 2) Describe optimal scanning techniques and characteristic imaging findings of PsAn and AVF. 3) Discuss management options including observation, coagulation (including technique for image guided therapy), embolization and surgery.
