Describe the causes of tumor hypoxia. Describe the mechanisms of how tumor hypoxia affects radiation response, response to chemotherapy and biologic aggressiveness. Describe methods to image hypoxia. Describe how hypoxia measurement techniques have contributed to the understanding of human cancer and patient outcome.
