A multicenter hospital-based study was conducted in China to evaluate the diagnostic performance of automated breast ultrasound system (ABUS) for breast cancer diagnosis, by comparing with hand-held ultrasound and mammography. Based on the promising results from this study, a screening study was proposed. In this lecture, the speaker will introduce the results of the diagnostic study, and report the progress of the ongoing screening project.
